You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing an order you have represented to Elevation Wine Fund that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.
An email will acknowledge receipt of your order. We will contact you if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website. Elevation Wine Fund is not responsible for wine sold offline before an online update, typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.
PLEASE NOTE: Due the rare nature of our wine inventory and in the interest of helping to keep our prices low for all customers, all CANCELLED SALES will incur a 6% charge back against that order invoice for the cost of order processing and restocking. We are sorry but this enables us to best serve our customers efficiently and economically. A cancelled order, not refunded, can be applied in full as credit against another order if desired.
We DO NOT accept returns of wines that have been shipped to consumers and may have been subjected to heat damage or temperature extremes, either through transit or storage conditions.
